Return Period & Operational Scope
Return Filing Window: You may request an authorized return or refund within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Delivery Destination Network: We fulfill orders across supported European countries, specifically including Austria. All returns must originate from within these recognized destinations.
Exclusive Settlement Framework: Transactions operate strictly on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Advance online payments are not supported, and you do not need to pay online beforehand. Upon delivery, you simply inspect the package and hand cash directly to the courier. There are no additional or hidden fees for refusing or returning a package.
Prior Authorization: Please contact our Customer Support team to obtain formal return approval before shipping any item back to our facility.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return within 14 days of receipt, please email our support team at 734687690ahmed@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. Upon review, our team will supply instructions, a return authorization reference, and the designated return address.
Please refrain from sending items back without prior formal approval, as unauthorized or untracked packages cannot be accepted or processed.
Return Condition & Resalability Standards
To qualify for a refund, returned merchandise must be completely unused, in pristine original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging, components, and accessories. Customers remain responsible for the merchandise until it arrives safely at our designated return hub.
Reimbursement Protocols for COD Orders
Following arrival and physical inspection of your returned package at our facility, we will notify you of the outcome of your claim. Because orders are collected physically in cash upon delivery, refunds will be issued via an agreed electronic transfer method arranged directly through our Customer Support team.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, please contact us within 14 calendar days from parcel receipt. Upon validation, we will send a replacement unit or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Personal-Reason Returns (Change of Mind)
If you decide to return a product due to personal considerations or a change of mind, the return application must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, and the item must remain strictly unused and in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items & Ineligible Scenarios
Returns and refunds cannot be approved if the claim is submitted after more than 14 calendar days have elapsed, if the product has been used or damaged after delivery, or if original packaging and accessories are missing.
Product Exchanges
We do not conduct direct product swaps. If you require an alternative model or variant, please submit a return request for the initial item and place a separate new purchase on our website.
Fulfillment Timelines & Order Cancellation
Order Processing Window: Warehouse verification, item preparation, and packaging take 1 to 3 business days.
Freight Transit Duration: International freight transit requires approximately 7 to 15 business days.
Cancellation Boundaries: Once an order has entered warehouse preparation and dispatch, it cannot be canceled or altered in transit. If you wish to make changes after dispatch, please accept the consignment upon delivery and initiate a return request.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines
For all Cash on Delivery shipments, full payment must be handed over in physical cash directly to the courier representative upon parcel arrival at your delivery address after inspection.
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery location to receive the package and complete the payment.
